Pamela Atkins

Pamela Atkins – CIC (certified insurance counselor)
Pam has worked in the insurance industry for 40 years, starting as an agent in the Mystic area.  She founded Bayberry Insurance in 1989 in order to provide clients with information necessary for sound insurance decision-making.Bayberry’s problem-solving approach is about finding the best fit for each clients and helping clients feel secure in the knowledge that their insurance meets their needs. All members of Pam’s staff are licensed agents with the state of Connecticut, fulfilling Bayberry’s commitment to providing expert advice. Bayberry agents keep clients properly insured and informed, with the caring and friendly service clients deserve. Pam is a board member of LAMBS, a member of the Giving Committee at Lawrence and Memorial Hospital and is presently service as the Treasurer of the L&M Hospital Auxiliary. Pam is also serving on the board of the South Eastern Ct. Women’s Network. She is an accomplished cook and photographer who often shares culinary delights and beautiful photos with staff and friends. 
 
  

 

 

Stephanie Carlos
Stephanie joined Bayberry Insurance in September of 2011 bringing ten years of experience as a licensed insurance professional agent. Stephanie prides herself in getting to know our clients and spending the time needed to solve any issues that may arise.  She’s the one to call if you have policy changes, billing or coverages questions.  Her cheerful attitude and smiling face is a great addition to our staff.   Stephanie enjoys spending time with her husband, Arnold and her beautiful daughter Loreesa, Scrapbooking and photography.
  

 

 

Cathy Lathrop

Cathy joined Bayberry Insurance in 2005 and is a licensed agent who has worked in the insurance industry for over 30 years.  As Bayberry’s new business manager, Cathy’s job is to find the perfect fit of coverage and price for clients.  She thoroughly understands the products and guidelines of the insurance companies Bayberrry represents. This helps her ensure there are no gaps in protection that would leave clients at risk. Being part of a full service, independent agency enables Cathy to accommodate many diverse needs. Although unusual situations and coverage needs can be challenging, Bayberry Insurance has the resources to resolve these situations.Cathy belongs to the Groton Rotary and represents Bayberry Insurance at the Mystic Chamber of Commerce. She has been involved with Amber Alert, senior dinners and the annual Rotary Auction. She is active with Stonington Community Center, where she served on the board. Cathy also volunteers at the Pawcatuck Neighborhood Center. She is also a proud mother of three and grandmother of six.
